So here is Timothy's parents

Mother: Camille Richard but when she married her last name changed to James. she is a very sweet person being a meganium she is very good with gardening and loves flowers which she taught Timothy his gardening skills, and she loved to star gaze which got Timothy into astronomy and she loved to paint portraits and flowers which gave Timothy his artistic talents, and with her being a very happy pokemon, Timothy was very happy as a child

Father: Raymond James he is a very big business man which does a lot of writing and reading which he passed to Timothy, Raymond forced fencing on to Timothy as a small child but Timothy began to like it after awhile, as Timothy grew up his father pushed a serious manner on to Timothy.
